This Learn & Launch will be facilitated by Christine Render, ScaleUp’s Founder & CEO. Christine will also serve as your coach.
Christine combines her subject matter expertise with her coaching style to guide you through the process. You’ll have the confidence that your program is designed for results and be prepared to pitch a strategic plan to your internal stakeholders.
“As a coach and consultant, I find my coaching style naturally enhances my consulting engagements. This shows up primarily when I present options followed by questions to help clients determine what strategy will be most effective for their organization. We co-create a plan by combining my experience and guidance and the client’s expertise about their talent needs, company culture, and industry. When it comes to leadership development programs (LDP), I find this approach far more effective than prescribing a standard solution.”
