In order to address your unique needs, please review the following before completing the purchase process

Purchase includes the following for each participant:

  • 21 strategies - a new strategy will be delivered via email every 3 weeks. The first strategy will be delivered 2 weeks after purchase (additional lead time may be required for high volume purchases).

  • Nudges: frequent thought-provoking questions, notes of encouragement, and tips between strategies.

  • A welcome letter and 1 deck of sort cards, delivered via USPS within approximately 2 weeks of purchase. Currently, deliveries are available for the contiguous United States only.

  • A planning template, at the conclusion of the program, to support ongoing efforts to scale up.

  • A facilitator discussion guide will be provided, when the program is purchased for at least 5 participants at the same company.

Standard Timing Example

This example is based on sort cards and the first digital strategy content arriving within 2 weeks of completed purchase process. High volume orders may require additional lead time - ScaleUp can confirm this prior to purchase.

  • A Purchaser purchases the Own Your Experience Strategy Series™ for participants and completes the information template on the 1st day of the month.

  • ScaleUp provides a gift announcement to the Purchaser, which can be printed or shared electronically with participants. If the purchase was for 5 or more participants, ScaleUp also provides a facilitator’s discussion guide.

  • ScaleUp mails a deck of sort cards and a welcome letter to each participant, or to a company-representative for in-person distribution. Sort cards arrive by the 14th of the month.

  • ScaleUp sends the first digital strategy to participants via email on the 14th of the month.

  • ScaleUp emails the Purchaser a confirmation that the program kicked off on the 14th of the month.

  • ScaleUp continues to email strategies to participants every 3 weeks until all 21 strategies have been delivered (~15 months).

Completing the Participant Information Template

During the payment process, you will submit participant information via an Excel template. This allows for efficient uploading of employee information instead of completing a separate form for each employee.

Typically, ScaleUp requires 2 weeks' lead time from receipt of your participant information to delivery of sort card decks and the first email strategy. High volume orders may require additional lead time, which ScaleUp can confirm prior to order placement.

You will also have the option to have all sort cards sent to one company contact for in-person distribution, when you complete the template.

Submitting Participant Information

ScaleUp only collects the minimum necessary information required to mail sort cards and deliver digital content. ScaleUp respects your privacy and your participants' privacy and will not share information you provide with any other party.

The Purchaser is responsible for providing a reliable email address and participants are responsible for updating their email address, as needed, for uninterrupted receipt of the series. Participants can update their email address directly from a link included with each digital strategy.

ScaleUp is not responsible for bounced emails due to recipient's server being down or email box being full.
